The firm has significant experience in dealing with business matters disputes that arise for our clients.
We have a dedicated debt collection department to deal with the collection of debts on a large scale. This involves getting judgement through the Courts and then pursuing debtors on our clients’ behalf for the money that is owed. We do this for businesses and financial institutions. We report regularly to our clients on the progress of cases in and receive instructions in a systematic way.
We advise clients in organising their business affairs and dealing with their customers and suppliers. This involves:

- Employment advice
We also advise clients in relation to business disputes that arise during the course of business. Examples are:
- Recovery of debts

- Disputes with suppliers re faulty goods/services
- Negotiations with the Revenue Commissioners
