Niall Farrell
Niall Farrell is the Managing Partner of the firm and qualified as a Solicitor in 1988. He practiced for a time in London specialising in litigation. Niall deals primarily with commercial conveyancing, business law, litigation and probate. He acts for a large number of charities and has a special interest in this area of law and in education law.
He is also active in sports law and acts for a good number of local sporting organizations.
Niall is a member of the Council of the Law Society of Ireland, has been chairman of many of its committees and is a member of the Incorporated Council for Law Reporting in Ireland. He is also a member of the Courts Martial Rules Committee and sits as a chairman on Mental Heath Tribunals.
Niall has written articles for newspapers and has appeared on national radio and television.
Niall has an interest in information technology issues and has been involved in actions against multi national companies. He has experience in aircraft accident litigation, medical negligence litigation, sports litigation and defamation. He has acted in judicial reviews against the State and has acted for several national bodies.
